Our Tour Hike to Machu Picchu by Lares 4 days and 3 nights, will take us to know remote towns that still maintain the ancient tradition and culture. We will visit incredible Andean landscapes and snowy mountains and if this is not enough, on our last day we will visit one of the 7 wonders of the world “Machu Picchu”.
Our tour starts very early, we will pick you up on our bus around 5:30 AM, and then we will go to the town of Calca (50KM from the city of Cusco). We will have a brief stop at the market of Calca, where they sell typical products of the area.
We will continue with our trip until we reach the town of Lares, where we will be able to enter the thermal medicinal baths of Lares. After enjoying the thermal baths we will begin our adventure, we will walk for 2 hours until we reach the Vilcabamba bridge, where our staff will be with us. waiting for a delicious lunch.
After our lunch, we will continue our walk until we reach Wacahuasi where we will have our first dinner and camp the first night.

Meals: Lunch, DinnerAfter spending a good night, we will start our day with our delicious breakfast and then head to the Pachacuteq Pass, the highest point we will reach on our trek. We will have lunch in the mountains where we will have a spectacular panoramic view.
After our lunch, we will hike for 2 hours until we reach the community of Cancha Cancha, where we will spend the second-night camping.

After saying goodbye to our kitchen team and landlords, we will begin to descend very calmly to the town of Yanahuara, where we will take a bus that will take us to the town of Ollantaytambo.
After our delicious lunch, we will take our train that will take us to the town of Aguas Calientes, where our guide will take you to your respective previously reserved hotel so that you can settle down and rest.

At the end of the guided tour, our guide will say goodbye to the group and you will have free time to visit Machu Picchu on your own and walk the Huaynapicchu mountain if you book in advance (optional ticket 15 USD).
In the afternoon you will return to the town of Aguas Calientes where you will take the train back to the town of Ollantaytambo, where our bus will be waiting for you to return to Cusco and transfer them to your Hotel.
